If you have booked a product from our site and cancel on the same day of purchase then amount will be refunded within 30 days.In this case you fail to do it cancellation within the time frame then charges as per the policy would apply. However, you can claim your refund as our cancellation policy only for products which falls under this category. Our refund structure may vary according to the tours.
