Refund & Claim Policy

  • Once the order is confirmed, payment is non-refundable.
  • No refunds or claims will be accepted if the product has been used or if any materials or substances have been added to it.
  • In the event of a defect such as leakage, the issue must be reported on the same day of delivery.
  • Claims will only be considered if the product is unused and in its original condition at the time of reporting.

REFUND

7 days from the original date of purchase only refund is possible in case of damage from company side. All such refund requests shall have your name, order confirmation number, and must be accompanied by (i) written documentation outlining the reason for such refund request and (ii) photographic evidence of such damaged or defective Products. Further, to be eligible for a refund, your ordered Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. The Products must also be in the original packaging.

For any return or refund request, it is essential to adhere to the following procedure:

  • Unboxing Video: Upon receiving your order, kindly create a video while unboxing the product.
  • Timely Reporting: It is imperative that you report any defects or issues with the product on the same day (12 hours) of receiving your order.
  • No refunds for water-used products.
  • No warranty for damaged, dented, etc., products.
