Return, Refund, and Claim Policy

At Speedex online Pvt Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality products. Please review our policy guidelines below regarding returns, refunds, and product claims.

1. General Guidelines & Eligibility

  • 7-Day Window: We offer a 7-day refund window from the original date of purchase only in cases of damage or defects originating from the company’s side.

  • Strict Non-Refundable Conditions: Once an order is confirmed, payment is generally non-refundable. No refunds or claims will be accepted if the product has been used (including any water-used products) or if any materials or substances have been added to it.

  • Product Condition: To be eligible for a refund, your ordered products must be completely unused, dent-free, and in the same pristine condition that you received them. The products must be handed over in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • No Warranty: We do not offer a warranty for products that are broken, dented, or physically damaged post-delivery.

2. Mandatory Procedure for Defective or Damaged Items

For any return, leak, or damage claim to be considered valid, you must strictly adhere to the following 2-step process:

  1. Unboxing Video: Upon receiving your order, you must record a continuous, unedited video while unboxing the package. This serves as primary proof of the condition in which the item arrived.

  2. Timely Reporting (12-Hour Window): It is imperative that you report any leakage, defects, or issues on the same day (within 12 hours) of receiving your order.

Important Note: If the unboxing video or defect report is provided after the 12-hour timeframe from delivery, your refund or return request will be rejected automatically.

3. How to Initiate a Return Request

If your item meets the strict criteria above, you can request a return through these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Speedex account using your registered Email ID or Mobile Number.

  2. Navigate to the “Orders” section in your account dashboard.

  3. Locate the order containing the item you wish to return.

  4. Select the item, click on ‘Return Request’, and state the specific reason for the defect.

  5. Upload your written documentation outlining the reason for the request, alongside the photographic evidence and the unboxing video.

4. Processing and Reimbursements

  • Inspection: Upon return, our warehouse team will fully examine the product. We will notify you of your eligibility for a refund via email within a reasonable period.

  • Online Payments: If the payment was made via online methods, the approved amount will be transferred to the same account/card used for the original payment.

  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, our support team will reach out to request your verified bank details. The refund will be initiated once the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks. Bank account details provided by the customer are considered final; Speedex is not responsible for errors in user-provided bank details.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds will be initiated within 7 to 10 working days from the date of pickup/warehouse receipt.

  • Free Gifts/Offers: If your purchase included a promotional free gift, both the main product and the free gift must be returned together to process a refund.

  • Cancellations: Order cancellations are only possible up until the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

5. Delivery and Self-Shipping Guidelines

  • Damaged Deliveries: Customers are advised not to accept an order if the outer package is visibly damaged, unsealed, or tampered with by the courier. Kindly refuse the package and notify us immediately. Once accepted, claims regarding transit damage will not be entertained.

  • Pick-up Attempts: Our courier partner will attempt reverse pick-up twice. If they are unable to collect the shipment or if your area Pin Code is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up, you will be required to self-ship the item.

  • Self-Shipping Rules: Securely pack the item, ensuring your Order ID and Registered Mobile Number are clearly written on the packaging. Within 48 hours of our warehouse receiving the verified product, the item cost + up to INR 75 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded.
  • Courier Preference: Please do not use The Professional Couriers, as they are unreliable for our warehouse location and the package may be rejected. We highly recommend using India Post’s Speed Post.
